5. Fees and Payment
Some features of the Service require payment. By purchasing a subscription or report, you agree to:
- Pay all fees according to the pricing in effect at the time
- Provide valid payment information
- Be responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase
Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TaxSaverAlert and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAXSAVERALERT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaxSaverAlert and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
